A Little About Me:
Having relocated back to Michigan a little over 5 years ago, I became a licensed Realtor in 2012 and have enjoyed assisting clients ever since. Each year, I have been in the top 10% in terms of successful transactions, helping clients sell and purchase nearly 100 homes totaling $10,000,000 during that brief span. As a top producer for Five Star Real Estate, the #1 agency in West Michigan, I specialize in relocations, higher end homes and lakefront properties.

Customer satisfaction is paramount, and having been a corporate executive for many years, I understand and appreciate the nature of the relocation. My experience with contracts, contract law and negotiations gives me a strong competitive edge when assisting you with your investment!

A Grand Rapids native, I grew up as Mark Andrakowicz, graduating from Ottawa Hills High School and attending Aquinas College on a baseball scholarship. Also being a musician and singer, I left school to tour with a band as their keyboard player. It was a horn band, with a repertoire that included many songs by the group, Chicago. Since no one could pronounce (or spell) my name, the guys in the band started calling me “Lamm”, after Chicago’s keyboard player, Robert Lamm. The name stuck, hence Mark Lamm. It now fits on a marquis. At 26, I moved to the west coast in pursuit of my dreams in music. Finding it hard to make a sustainable income as an entertainer, I began supplementing by getting a corporate job selling Consumer Electronics. The career in sales and marketing suited me well, and I went on to become a Regional, National and International sales manager. In time I was promoted to VP of sales and marketing and finally, was recruited to become President and CEO of Fusion Electronics, based in Auckland, New Zealand. With over a billion dollars in sales in my career, I retired from the business in 2008.
In those many years living out west, I also became a real estate investor. Having purchased dozens of homes and income properties, I acquired a passion for the business. After a brief retirement in Sedona, Arizona, I decided to come back home to be closer to my family, and to pursue a career as a Realtor and as an entertainer where it all began.

I live in Caledonia and during after hours, I perform around West Michigan as a solo, in a duo called “Martin & Lamm”. I have recorded 6 albums and CD’s of original music, and play piano, guitars, mandolin and bass. I’m an avid golfer, a writer, a music instructor and I love to cook. I stay active in the community supporting charity events and networking with community leaders to improve the quality of life in Western Michigan.
